Baked Fish For Winter Evenings


A beautifully baked fish makes for such a simple, quick yet delicious meal, especially when you are too tired from work, yet you are craving for something delicious. I know, how dreadful cooking and cleaning can be on a frenzied day. So, here’s my quick-fix recipe for a sumptuous meal of baked fish that will soothe your taste buds.


  • 4 slices of salmon
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • lemon wedges


  • Rub some salt on both sides of the fillet
  • Sprinkle some garlic powder
  • Add a dash of paprika
  • Refrigerate for about 30 mins
  • Cover and microwave for 10 mins
  • Serve warm with lemon wedges dipped in paprika
