Deconstructed Banoffee Pie

This one is a true decadent treat, perfect for weekends. Super easy to make, this banoffee pie literally basks in the glory of rich caramel sauce, escorted with the savor of banana.

  • 100 gms digestive biscuit
  • 30 gms melted butter
  • 60 gms chocolate sauce
  • 60 gms caramel sauce
  • 15 gms coffee powder
  • 200 gms whipped cream
  • 2 bananas
  • Some chocolate chunks or choco chips

  • Crush biscuits and add melted butter; mix well
  • Beat the cream till soft peaks are formed, and add caramel sauce; continue beating
  • Once the caramel sauce is merged well, add chocolate sauce and coffee powder that is dispersed in 1tbsp water
  • Slice the banana and start to layer the dessert.
  • Now, this a deconstructed dessert, so use individual glasses to layer the dessert
  • Start with the biscuit mix. Fill 1/4 of the glass with biscuit mix followed by the cream mix
  • Fill the glass, leaving some place for sliced banana pieces
  • Top the glass with some chocolate chunks
  • The deconstructed banoffee is ready to be served
