Fashion designer, Siddartha Tytler’s latest collection ‘Metamorphosis of the Macabre’ is a representation of Siddartha’s love for all things glamorous, sophisticated and elegant. It’s a signature mix of structured silhouettes and design elements keeping in mind the aesthetics and design ethos of the brand’s fashion sensibilities. The outfits were presented at Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2017, New Delhi.
This season, the designer showcased a mixed-bag collection with a color palette predominately in hues of black, with hints of grey. In accordance with the theme of the collection, it was an effortless fusion of the classic with quirky.
The collection is a mix of womenswear and menswear pieces, offering insights into these creative ideas of juxtaposing the use of crystal application along with the use of surface embellishments, metal hardware with contrasting patchwork and applique work. He also collaborated with famous accessory designer, Diego Montoya, who created four exquisite masks for the runway.
With this collection, Siddartha Tytler aims to highlight the new-age definition of creativity and innovation, and the overall look and feel of the collection remains the same with garments reflecting electric mood.
