They are all about – flower power, the Beatles, make Sangria not war, peace, love, Shiva Valley, Baga beach (Goa), Anjuna flea market (Goa), sand, sky, sea, and scrumptious food. Café Shunya was born to rejoice local Indian ingredients and food. Their core philosophy lies in acknowledging the importance of living with less. This warm café thrives to bring back values of continuity and impermanence. Even their brand identity portrays a yogi designed with a circle – depicting infinity and the circle of life, which is the graphical manifestation of the concept of Shunya. The food choices are curated to appeal foodies of all age groups. They create local flavors with contemporary twists; they aspire to imbibe the richness of the ‘Indian Exotic’ in the world cuisine map.
