For the very first time in my life, I opted for Shirodhara (also known as the third eye therapy), and I was transported to a different world altogether. I think, I had an astral projection-kinda experience.

I won’t let back pain ruin my life

About three years back during this time of the year I went to Rishikesh for a bungee jumping experience. After much anticipation, I did jump, and it had two outcomes—1. I overcame my fear of heights; the experience was life-altering, I felt free and content; 2. I invited lower back pain issues that stayed with me for good (I jumped the wrong way; my posture was incorrect and it resulted in bad muscle pull).

The legend:

The first Bulgari watches were made in the 1920’s, but it was only at the end of the 1970’s that the firm presented its first important collection. In 1982 Bulgari founded the company ‘Bulgari Time’ in Neuchâtel, the heart of Swiss horology. This company now has over 500 employees, who are responsible for overseeing and inspecting the creation and production of all Bulgari watches.
